Overview

Chris has nearly 30 years of experience in development and construction and leads HITT’s Heathcare & Life Sciences sector, which specializes in innovative healthcare and laboratory environment construction projects nationwide including hospitals, laboratories, ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient clinics, oncology and radiology suites, research environments, and assisted living and specialist facilities.

Throughout his career, Chris has managed more than 3.8 million sf of office and residential developments, including six years with HITT working on high-profile commercial and residential base building and office renovation projects. Prior to rejoining HITT, he was a founding partner of Northpoint Services, LLC, with a focus on third-party construction and development management services for developers, institutional investors, and property owners.

In 2021, Chris was tapped to spearhead HITT’s Healthcare & Life Sciences team, providing executive oversight of the sector’s projects and overall project team performance while focusing on client satisfaction. As the operational team and sector leader, Chris is directly engaged with projects from award through final closeout, ensuring the safe, skillful execution of new construction and renovation of healthcare, laboratory, and other clinical environments.
