Overview

With more than 37 years in the construction industry, JP has a wealth of experience and has played a vital role in the success of HITT’s site operations for projects across multiple sectors. JP started in the industry as a carpenter building residential houses and eventually joined the HITT team 15 years ago. In 2021, JP was promoted to vice president of site operations and oversees daily operations for large-scale data center and mission critical projects. He has played a key role in HITT’s Futures program since 2010, providing mentoring and hands-on training for new project engineers. In his role as vice president, JP provides on-site supervision of team members, planning, scheduling, and quality control. He is responsible for subcontractor performance and implementation of HITT’s award-winning safety program. JP provides strategy, constructability, and logistics solutions, ensuring work complies with contract documents. In his leadership role, he provides guidance to improve relationships with new and existing clients and subcontractors. He also applies project collaboration tools such as Procore and building information modeling (BIM) to ensure quality control and further drive timely delivery of construction progress.
