Overview

Since starting at HITT in 2006 as a superintendent, Phillip Crook has continued to make a strong impact in our site operations team.

In 2017, his efforts were further recognized when he was promoted from senior superintendent to vice president of site operations, where he is a critical part of keeping team members safe, ensuring schedules are met, and ultimately delivering a quality finished product.

He describes his leadership style as fair but firm, and sees his most important role as empowering and advocating for the next generation of HITT leaders.

In addition to leading his team, Phillip also favors the regular interaction he has with the design teams and subcontractors on site, working together to deliver great spaces for their shared clients.
